BNOS offers five membership levels:

1. Non-member £0 if you would like to add your details to the BNOS Collaborative Research Consortium only 

2. Standard rate £75 per annum – all physicians, those working in tenured scientific roles, technical, managerial and executive staff

3. Standard rate £75 and research consortium

4. Reduced rate £25 per annum – nurses, non-medical trainees, allied health professionals, PhD students, post-doctoral researchers, charities and not-for-profit organisations

5. Reduced rate £25 and research consortium

New PPI Membership level announced!

From November 2020, BNOS offers waived membership fees for individuals actively involved in PPI but without current employment/income.

If you would like to be considered for free PPI membership and you meet the criteria listed below, please contact becci@bnos.org.uk in the first instance.

1. Currently has, or has had, a brain tumour, or currently is caring, or has cared in the past, for a close family member with a brain tumour

2. Is beyond normal retirement age and not working, or of working age but unemployed and without other equivalent income

3, Has demonstrated regular, frequent, and sustained active involvement as a PPI representative in the neuro-oncology community, for example:     
      -   Speaking to audiences to raise awareness
      -   Membership of relevant research project teams
      -   Active volunteer with an appropriate charity
      -   Membership of relevant Cancer Alliance Expert Advisory Groups
      -   Active involvement in neuro-oncology centre PPI groups
